4. Cancellations and No Shows

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee
Repeated no shows may result in refusal of future services

While we strive for successful specimen collection, we do not guarantee successful draws in every case

If a collection cannot be completed, charges may be waived at our discretion

Service availability may vary by location and scheduling capacity

8. Results and Reporting

Test results are sent directly to the ordering physician or laboratory

We do not interpret or diagnose results
Clients may request copies where applicable

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal and health information
